Scholarships from the Dr. Ludwig Wolde Foundation, effective October 1, 2026

Starting October 1, 2026, the Dr. Ludwig Wolde Foundation will award scholarships of up to 500 euros per month for a maximum of 12 months to students who demonstrate a particular aptitude for their field of study.

Applications may be submitted until June 30, 2026, to the office of Prof. Dr. Friedhelm Hartenstein (susanne.schleeger@evtheol.uni-muenchen.de). The application form can be found here.

The following must be included with the application:
Copy of ID card
Copy of high school diploma
Proof of enrollment at a Munich university
Proof of academic performance (copies of course certificates/transcripts)
Curriculum vitae
Letter of motivation
Academic recommendation.
For doctoral students, please include:
Copy of ID card
A copy of your enrollment certificate
A copy of your Master’s degree certificate
A brief synopsis of your dissertation project
A resume
A letter of motivation
Academic references.

In addition, you must provide your address, bank details, and the desired duration of the scholarship. There is no legal entitlement to funding.
